There are thousands of applications that can be obtained legally and free of charge for users of iPhone, iPod, and iPad. The application may be totally free, or it could be a demo, trial, or a lightweight version of the full paid applications. You can save a lot of money in the long run by using this free app and you can instantly download it from the App Store. But what if you live in an area that does not have access to Apple's App Store? Maybe you want to know how to download a variety of popular applications for iOS devices. One way to get around this limitation is to do the jailbreak (modifying the device to remove the restrictions imposed by Apple) on the device and using the installation program from a third party application.
1. Make a jailbreak on your device. You have to do the jailbreak on the device in order to use AppCake. The method is different in each version, but all the action jailbreak requires you to install Cydia, which is a program that is used to install applications that have been in the jailbreak on your device.Jailbreak the iPhone will void the warranty. If you need to repair the equipment and send it to obtain warranty service, you must restore it to reverse the jailbreak process.
2. Replace AppSync. You must install AppSync first in order to install applications that are downloaded from AppCake. This program will set the application downloaded from AppCake to be used on your device.
- Run Cydia and tap Manage. Select Source and then tap the Edit button. Then tap Add.
- Enter a repo (or repository, where the storage of various applications) that contains AppSync program. One of the repo is http://appaddict.org/repo.
- Select the newly added repo and look AppSync package. Tap Install, and then Confirm. Tap Restart SpringBoard button when installation is complete.
- Download AppSync 5.0+ if you use iOS 5.x
- Download AppSync 6.0+ if you are using iOS 6.x
3. Replace AppCake. AppCake can be used to explore a variety of applications that have been hacked and uploaded by other users. The desired application can be downloaded directly to your device.
- Run Cydia and tap Manage. Select Source and tap the Edit button. Then tap Add.
- Enter the repo AppCake, namely cydia.iphonecake.com.
- Choose AppCake new repo, then download the application AppCake. Install the application and restart (restart) SpringBoard.
4. Run AppCake. You can explore the different categories of applications that can be downloaded for free. Tap the desired application, then tap Download. A list containing the download source will open.
- If you prefer to purchase the app, tap Store to open the app store page for the application.

7. Install the application. Click the Download tab in AppCake after you start downloading applications. Once the download is complete, the Install button will appear next to the list of applications. Tap the Install button and after the installation is complete, the application will be added to the Home screen.

- Using Installous (an iOS app has been jailbroken) and applications that have been hacked is illegal in some countries.
- If you are able to buy an application, do so. You have stolen the application when using Installous.
